As a first time home buyer and relatively “new” to Canada, buying my first Condo was a big step for me. I worked with Michael Silva through this process and couldn’t be happier with the job he did. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable to answer all my questions (…I tend to question quite a bit…), he was always diligent in returning phone calls and email messages, even when outside regular business hours. And, 3 months after I moved into my new place, he remains fully available for follow-up questions. Despite Toronto’s extreme competitiveness, at no point did I feel pressured to place an offer. He helped me keep calm and patient at all times, while being ready to act confidently fast when needed. Thank you Michael for all the help and guidance. It was definitely worth the work and wait ;)
